Welcome

VCA (Video Conference Assistant) is an innovative software solution designed for modern enterprise conference rooms. It aims to solve the compatibility challenges of cross-platform video conferencing and integrates features such as device management, wireless screen mirroring, and intelligent environment control. Through a simple architecture and intuitive operation, it helps companies improve meeting efficiency, reduce operating costs, and create more intelligent meeting spaces.

Components of VCA

The VCA system consists of the following three parts working together:

  • VCA Host:

    • Installed on the conference room computer, it runs the video conferencing software and executes instructions.

    • Supported Systems: macOS 10.14+, Windows 10+.

  • VCA Controller:

    • Installed on a tablet, it is used for meeting control, platform switching, and other auxiliary operations.

    • Supported Systems: iPadOS 17.0+, Android 6.0+.

  • VCA Cloud:

    • Provides cloud-based support functions for the VCA system, such as remote device monitoring, management, operation and maintenance, and data analysis.

Document Conventions

In this help document, we may use the following conventions and abbreviations:

  • Bold text: Used to indicate interface elements (such as button names, menu options), important concepts, or content that needs special emphasis.

  • Code/Path Style: Used to indicate file paths, URLs, code snippets, or text that the user needs to enter.

  • Quote block: Used to highlight important tips or additional notes.

  • Abbreviations:

    • VCA Host software may be abbreviated as Host in subsequent content.

    • VCA Controller application may be abbreviated as Controller in subsequent content.

    • VCA Cloud may be abbreviated as Cloud in subsequent content.

    When Host, Controller, or Cloud are used alone, they usually refer to their corresponding VCA component.
